What's Moo, Brew & ‘Que Music Fest?
Moo, Brew & ‘Que Music Fest is Charlotte’s annual BBQ, Beer, Burger and Music Fest that features BBQ, Burgers, Cold Beer, Live Music and more!. We’re proudly raising money for Second Harvest Food Bank. So, come kick off spring in the QC by hanging with your friends, enjoying burgers, brews, BBQ and music and supporting a great cause! We can’t wait to see you there!
What time does the festival start each day?
The festival gates open up at 5:00pm on Friday, and at 2:00pm Saturday & Sunday.We’ll be jamming and eating at the AvidXchange Music Factory Festival Grounds located at
817 Hamilton Street behind the AvidXchange office tower.Limited parking will be available in the parking deck on the site of the festival but we strongly recommend Uber, Lyft, or drop off as parking is extremely limited and we want everyone to be safe. Please don’t drink and drive – party responsibly!

Do the tickets include beer?
Super VIP tickets include all adult beverages.
Is there a bag policy? Does it need to be clear? Or a certain size?
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
Clear tote, drawstring and fanny pack plastic bags will be available through festival merchandise outlets
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs that are not see-through, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
How can I be a volunteer?
You must be 21+ to volunteer. Please see the section below with the volunteer positions available and fill out the form with your info and preferred position(s).

No. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged property
When can I buy my ticket?
Early bird tickets will be released on Friday, November 17 at 8:00 AM. while supplies last.

How old do I have to be to attend?
All ages are invited.
Kids 10 and under are free with a paying adult. Kids 11 and older must have a ticket to enter.
Is there a charity tied to this event?
YEP! We’ve raised almost $50,000 for Second Harvest Food Bank so far and we’re just gonna keep on helping them feed folks in our beautiful city! So party on for a GREAT cause!

Can I bring a chair or blanket?
Yes. Chairs and blankets are permitted, however, you may be asked to move when the festival reaches peak hours for emergency services. We appreciate your cooperation.
A safe festival experience is our priority! We are not responsible for an lost/stolen or damaged property.
Is this fest ADA Compliant?
Yes! However, while the festival site is all on one level, please note that the fest is primarily on gravel.
NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
When you enter Moo, Brew & ‘Que Music Fest, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by MBQMF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar MBQMF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of MBQMF. You release MBQMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by MBQMF or the person or entity designated to do so by MBMF. When you enter MBQMF, you have consented to this waiver of liability.
How will I know what breweries/restaurants will be in attendance?
We’ll announce on social channels, and on this site. Be sure to sign up for our e-news here, so you don’t miss an update.

We have room for 20 breweries and space is limited, so if you’re interested please reach out to

Is it rain or shine? If it rains, do you have a refunds/nonrefundable purchase policy?
This is a rain or shine event. All tickets are non-refundable.
What items are NOT permitted at the festival?
Please leave the following at home or in your car:

- Drugs
- Drug Paraphernalia
- Outside Food, Alcohol, or Drinks INCLUDING Water Bottles.

Can I bring my professional photo or video equipment?
Professional photo and video equipment are not permitted. Phones are fine and we encourage you to tag
@mooandbrewfest and use #mooandbrewfest when you post your photos!
Will I have a great time?
Do you like amazing beer, delicious burgers, good friends and live music?? If the answer is YES then HECK YES you will!
Yes! All dogs must be kept on a leash, supervised, and cleaned up after.

Do you have military discounts?
Yes! However during Early Bird sales, it’s less than a military discount ticket. After our Early Bird tickets run out, our military discounts will kick in and we will announce it on our social and in our e-news.

How Payment Plans Work
Choose what level of awesomeness you’re looking to experience at Moo, Brew & ‘Que Fest!
1. Make your deposit payment at checkout to lock-in your ticket and pricing. You will be charged 25% of the full ticket price as the down payment of your ticket.
2. You’ll be sent an email reminder each time your next installments are due and when your card will be charged. Your remaining 3 payments will each be 25% of the full ticket price. Your subsequent payments will be charged automatically to the card you provided on your corresponding due dates outlined in your confirmation email.
3. After all payments have been made, you will receive an email with your ticket instructions. All payment plans must be paid in full by March 1st, 2024.
Please Note: You are responsible for making all installment payments on the dates defined at the time you make your initial payment.
*$20 applies to first payment on 3 day GA tickets. Additional fees / taxes not are not included. Now through Friday, December 8 at 11:59 pm, when you start a payment plan, your additional payments will be differed until January 1.
