You must be 21+ to volunteer. Please see the section below with the volunteer positions available and fill out the form with your info and preferred position(s).
We'll announce on social channels, on the M & B website and through Creative Loafing advertising.
Either one! The VIP features 1 burger sampling tickets to cast your vote for CL's best burger, an extra 1.5 hours to sample AND access to special beers that will only be available from 12:30-2. The GA ticket is still pretty rockin': you get to taste from up to 30 breweries and bottle shops, and can get right up front for live music.

Ranch Setup Crew (Friday)Needed: 20

Hours Required: Friday 12 pm - 5 pm

This crew will be putting up signage, installing tables and chairs at tents and in hospitality area, staffing the Hospitality area, preparing the Front gate tables, etc. Heavy Lifting may be involved.

Ranch Setup Crew (Saturday)Needed: 30

Hours Required: Saturday 8:30 am -12:30 pm.

This crew will be placing all brewery supplies at appropriate tents, installing tables and chairs at tents and in hospitality area, staffing the Hospitality area, preparing the Front gate tables, etc. Heavy Lifting may be involved.

Cowherd/Front Gate Crew Needed: 15

Hours Required: Saturday 11am -6 pm

This crew will be meeting all patrons who enter the festival. Checking IDs, placing bracelets, handing out tasting glasses and passing out brochures. Some traffic control might be needed also. This involves standing all day.

Homestead Hospitality Crew Needed: 6

Hours Required: Saturday 8 am-5:30 pm

This crew will provide food to staff, from inside Hospitality tent. This crew will manage cleanliness, setup, and operations of tent.

Brewer / Vendor Wranglers (ENTRANCE) Needed: 0

Hours Required: Saturday 8:30 am- 11:30 am

This crew will be checking-in all brewers and vendors at a drive-in tent. This crew will provide direction to brewer and vendor on their assigned position at the festival.

Refrigerator / Keg Buckaroos Needed: 6

Hours Required: Saturday 10 am- 6 pm

This crew will be managing deliveries of beer to the the refrigerator trucks (Friday) and then distributing kegs to respective breweries (Saturday). You may be inside a cold storage truck for some duration. HEAVY LIFTING IS REQUIRED.

Special Ranch Ops Needed: 12

Hours Required: Saturday 12-7 pm

This crew will be driving golf carts and delivering product or removing trash throughout the day. Some members will be patrolling the area for full trash bins, full recycle bins, emptying dump buckets, and other general maintenance. SOME HEAVY LIFTING is possible. Breaks will be provided throughout the day.

Beer Rangers Two Shifts Needed: 45 & 45

Hours Required: Saturday 12:00-3pm & Saturday 3:00-6:30pm

This crew will be helping the breweries with setup/maintenance and pouring beer. Not all crew members will be pouring beer all day, some volunteers might be acting as brewery support and staying behind tables in anticipation of brewer needs. Ice delivery, water/waste management. POURERS CANNOT CONSUME ALCOHOL.

Band Herdsmen Needed: 1

Hours Required: Saturday 12-6pm

This crew is responsible for band security and hospitality; protection of stage.

Clean-Up Cowboys/girls Needed: 15

Hours Required: Saturday 5:30-8:00pm

This crew will be cleaning up post-fest (Saturday and Sunday). Recouping signs and equipment, rinsing off pails, buckets, and tubs, and clearing tables of plastic disposable table cloths. Volunteers may judiciously enjoy the festival, but must be able to work at the end to complete their volunteer responsibilities. Please return to the site on Sunday morning to help clear property from the hospitality area and final storage of property.

Restaurant Rancheros Needed: 0

Hours: Saturday 8:30 am-12:30 pm

The restaurant ops crew will serve as support to the burger vendors, during setup and preliminary operations. This crew will be under direction of Amy Mularski.

General Ranch Hand Needed: 5

Hours Required: 11:30- 6pm

Duties as assigned day of fest.
